Additionally, we also deliver to DHL Packstations within Germany.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

We personally pack all your orders, so during peak times, there may be delays. Once your order is shipped, delivery within Germany takes 3 to 5 working days. International delivery takes 3 to 8 working days, depending on the country. Holidays may affect delivery times.

MY ORDER HASN'T ARRIVED YET, EVEN THOUGH I RECEIVED A SHIPPING CONFIRMATION.

You should have received a tracking number from DHL/Hermes/DPD. Enter the number on their website to receive all shipping details.

WHY WAS MY ORDER NOT ACCEPTED OR CANCELED?

Orders may be canceled if:

• The ordered item is unavailable,
• Identity verification during customer data check fails,
• The full payment is not made to LMTLSS Clothing within fourteen (14) days.
